I always have a beautiful experience at Indulgences! The staff are so warm and welcoming with such an attention to detail - which is so appreciated. The treatments are pure luxury - my favourite is their pumpkin peel facial - DIVINE. Every treatment I have had here has been pure bliss and I have walked out on a cloud afterwards with perfectly glowing skin that LASTS. Perfect for a treat, for yourself or as a gift, with consistently great service in a calming, inviting space. After many years, this is still my number one choice in Newcastle for facials and beauty treatments. Do yourself a favour ;)

The Winter Warmer facial with Kirrely today was absolute bliss! I highly recommend this treatment at Indulgences. My skin feels amazing. I felt totally comfortable during the treatment and the massages were fabulous. What a pleasure to feel totally pampered in such a beautiful salon. Thank you to the team at Indulgences 😘

Every time I come here there ladies are always amazing! I get waxing regularly and care is always taken with every appointment, the quality of wax is great and the staff are always knowledgeable. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful & always smells amazing! Highly recommend for waxing or other services 😊

Huge thanks to the amazing staff for their expertise and kindness! While visiting Newcastle, I booked a spray tan at this salon based on a recommendation. On the morning of my appointment, I woke up with a swollen eyelid and was worried, especially with a wedding coming up. The ladies went above and beyond, offering helpful advice to calm the irritation and even providing a soothing cream. Their care and professionalism truly made a difference—thank you so much!

I got the Brow Mapping, Wax and Tint. This is the first time in a long time that I have walked out of a Beauticians and been happy with the result. So happy I could have hugged them..lol. I am getting married this weekend so my expectations were quite high. They are extremely professional, friendly and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Always making sure I was happy. I highly recommend this Salon for any of your beauty needs. This was my first visit there and I will certainly be a repeat, ongoing customer of theirs.

I have been having my regular brow and lip wax, eyelash tint at Indulgences for the last 4 months - an excellent job each time. Importantly, no ageism. (Sadly, some salons make their preference for younger clients obvious)

My Signature Treatment with Sarah today was next level luxury. I can’t decide which bit I liked best - the massage or the facial. Sarah was so friendly, professional and extremely good at her job. I’m already looking forward to another one!

Had the absolute best experience here! Booked in for the Skin Program, and had the lovely Alyssa take me through the whole thing. She explained my skin analysis so clearly and gave such amazing insight into what was recommended to help me. Would 100% recommend this service for anyone looking to improve their skincare routine.
